Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 6 months of hands-on nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Willingness to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment.
• Execute physicians' prescribed care plans and document care activities accurately.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as directed.
• Conduct patient assessments, coordinate care, and educate families.
