Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Trach/Vent Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare, the largest pediatric home health care company in the U.S. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes, making a real difference in their lives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-to-one patient care in a home environment.
- Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and document care provided.
- Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as needed.
- Perform patient assessments, coordinate care, and educate family members.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school and current LPN license.
- Current CPR certification and proficiency in clinical assessments.
- Prior experience in clinical care settings, preferably in home health.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
