Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Trach/Vent Nurse (RN) to join Aveanna Healthcare's team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care while ensuring patient confidentiality and professional standards. Your role will involve assessing patient conditions, developing care plans, and implementing nursing actions to achieve desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in accordance with physician orders.
• Observe and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to supervisors or physicians.
• Document all activities, assessments, and nursing actions accurately and timely.
• Implement infection control measures and educate patients and families on self-care techniques.
• Maintain compliance with nursing care standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted state RN license and CPR certification.
• Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and care compliance.
• Specific state and discipline requirements as applicable.

Preferences

• Experience in clinical care settings and home health is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and travel as needed.
• Physical capabilities including lifting, prolonged standing, walking, and emergency response.
