Vehicle Rental Support Agent

Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and energetic Vehicle Rental Support Agent to join our growing Avis Budget Group enterprise. In this role, you will assist customers in the return of their rental cars, ensuring efficient and excellent customer service. You will be an appreciated and valued addition to our team, putting a smile on our customers' faces.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the return of rental cars, including meeting and greeting, securing keys, recording mileage, gas levels, and damage, and checking cars into the computer system.
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring a seamless rental return experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility to work all shifts.
• 6 months retail customer service experience is a plus.
