Responsibilities
- Lead the Late Development Team in establishing and executing global product strategy.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to progress products from proof of concept to approval.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize product value for patients.
- Develop and oversee Integrated Product Development Plans for governance approval.
- Mobilize and align the organization to execute on approved product strategy.
- Participate in disease area assessments and cross-molecule initiatives.
Requirements
- +15 years experience in pharma/biotech industry with leadership in development programs.
- Proven success in late-phase Solid Tumor Oncology drug development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead global cross-functional teams and manage collaborations.
- Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required.
