We are looking for a Vice President, Late Development Team Lead focusing on Oncology at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Late Development Teams in defining and executing product strategies.
• Establish and communicate a compelling vision for product development, balancing risk and speed.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize global product development opportunities.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to functional matrix teams.
• Ensure alignment across teams for successful product strategy execution.
• Manage project budget, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Engage in disease area assessments and cross-molecule initiatives.
• Develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Over 15 years of global drug development experience in pharma/biotech industry.
• Demonstrated leadership in late-stage drug development with successful regulatory submissions.
• Experience in leading complex and high-priority projects.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required.
