We are offering a Warehouse Operations Internship opportunity at Aldi, America's fastest growing grocery retailer. As a Warehouse Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience learning about warehouse operations, collaborating with staff, and contributing to creating an excellent working environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn warehouse operations and collaborate with warehouse staff.
• Assist with training, administrative tasks, and improving warehouse associate performance.
• Participate in inventory control tasks and problem-solving initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver a presentation on an area of warehouse operations to ALDI executives.
• Attend company/team trainings and meetings.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Ability to develop positive relationships, collaborate effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.

Physical Requirements

• Work in varying temperatures, stand, sit, bend, lift, and carry up to 45 pounds.
• Travel as needed for training and job-related duties.
